The Rookie Ball (T-Ball) Division will play 1x a week on Saturdays. The Rookie Division is primarily for pre-kindergarten (3.5 & 4 year old's). 5 year old's who are new to baseball may play in this division as well if you feel their child is not ready for the Single A (coach pitch) division. 3.5 year old's must turn 3.5 by 11/1/21. The Single A Division is a coach pitch league and will play once during the week and on Saturdays. The Single A Division is for 5 and 6 year old's (Grades K & 1). Our AA Division is a combination of Coach and Kid pitch. This division is for 7 and 8 year old players. Games will be played on Saturday's and either a practice/game once during the week. Start time during the week is 5:30. Times for Saturday are TBD.

The Minors Division will practice/play once during the week and on Saturdays. This Division is for players ages 9 & 10. During the week first pitch is 5:30. Start times for Saturday is TBD. The Majors Division will practice/play once during the week and Saturdays. This division will play teams from our cross town rivals YAC. This division is for players 11-13. Tentative start time for Saturdays is 9 or 11AM and during the week is typically 5:30 (Times subject to change). Learn the game of lacrosse in a fun and instructional environment! Players will take part in indoor practices on Sundays (based on coaches schedule) prior to the start of the outdoor season, once outside take part in instructional sessions on Sunday mornings, have playdates with other local towns and participate in the annual Somers Lacrosse Tournament which is always a great event for the players and their families!

Players in this division will continue to develop their game as they will take part in indoor practices on Sundays (based on coaches schedule) prior to the start of the outdoor season, practice and play one to two times a week during the outdoor season, play eight to ten games against area competition from local towns and villages and participate in both the Somers Lacrosse and Murphy Tournaments during the course of the season.

Players in this division will further hone their skills and continue to develop their game as they step out to full field 12 v 12 lacrosse for the first time. Players will take part in indoor practices on Sundays (based on coaches schedule) prior to the start of the outdoor season, practice one to two times a week in season, play eight to ten games against area competition from local towns and villages and participate in both the Somers Lacrosse and Murphy Tournaments during the course of the season.

Players participating in the program will begin to prepare their game for play when they enter high school! Skill and drills will become more defined to help take your game to the next level. Players will take part in limited practices/scrimmages/games (based on coaches schedule) and play in two to three tournaments during the spring season. All 7th/8th grade girls are eligible to play, including those who will play Modified or HS during the 2026 spring school season. All 7th/8th grade players are encouraged to get involved with a great opportunity to play and compete in a competitive tournament schedule together amongst your peers! Coaches will do their best to schedule around Modified and HS games so there is no or minimal conflicts. For those individuals who play summer travel this program will end in mid-June.
