Boys Lacrosse - Overview

SOAC Boys’ Lacrosse is a recreation based program that serves the Lakeland School District Community and emphasizes sportsmanship, camaraderie, and work ethic through our various programs run throughout the year. We focus on the development of all players as both athletes and students with a focus on providing tools and skills they will need in the future.

Boys Lacrosse Registration Listing

2025 Boys Lacrosse Winter Clinic

Shrub Oak Boys Lacrosse will host its winter clinic for boys for All Grades (K-8). Detail are:

Cost: $100

Duration: 6 Weeks

Dates: Sunday Feb 2, 9; March 2, 9, 16, 23

Location: Walter Panas High School Main Gym

Times:

10am-11am: K-2nd Grade

11am - 12pm: 3-4th Grade

12pm -1pm: 5-6th Grade & 7-8th Grade

This clinic is the ideal situation to work on the fundamentals of lacrosse, especially catching and throwing. All of this is to prepare us for our first outdoor practices so we can best use our field time.
