SOAC RECREATION CHEERLEADING PROGRAM
Shrub Oak Athletic Club Recreation Cheer program offers the opportunity for new and experienced cheerleaders up to the age of 14 master the basics of cheerleading including stunting, cheer motions, and dance. Our goal is to teach good sportsmanship, self-confidence and respect while providing a safe, fun and enjoyable experience. Cheerleaders play an instrumental role in raising, leading, and maintaining team spirit on the field, at competitions and in the community. The Cheerleaders will cheer at all of the home football games for the SOAC Hornets Football teams and compete in 4-5 local competitions.

2026 Cheer Clinic
Shrub Oak Athletic Club is excited to offer a 6 week cheerleading clinic for athletes in grades 2nd thru 8th! The clinic will consist of workshop-style classes offering focused training in cheerleading skills like motions, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance, for returning and NEW athletes.

5-8th Grade - Wednesdays Feb 4th thru March 25th - time 6-7:00
2-4th Grade - Thursdays Feb 5th thru March 26th - time 6-7:00
