Love for Linda GoFundMe Campaign One of our Families is in need of our support. The Groccias have been active members of the Shrub Oak Athletic community and the Lakeland School District for many years. Together Joe and Linda have 3 beautiful children- two children currently attend Lakeland Copper Beech Middle School, and the oldest child, is a recent college graduate. Recently this family received devastating news regarding Linda's health. Because community and family is what we hold dear in our hearts, a GoFundMe site has been setup to help with the medical expenses the family is being presented with. As Linda's prognosis is terminal, this is an emotionally difficult time and can be financially straining for all. We respectfully ask for your help - any contribution will make a difference. All money raised will go directly to the family. Click here to help us reach our goal. Thank you for your support!

Matching Donations - Published on: Saturday, February 5, 2011
Did You Know that many corporations have matching fund donations, or donations to programs where their employees volunteer their time?  SOAC is a 501c3 not-for-profit all-volunteer program that survives on our registration fees and donations.  IF YOU ARE A COACH or other volunteer, or just a parent, please check with your corporation about donations.  We receive funds for our sports from major companies such as Verizon, IBM, and even the NY Yankees due to their matching donation programs.  Help keep the costs down for our kids!

Here is the Club's Event Calendar.  We will publish important upcoming event dates here including Registration Dates, Tryouts, Elections....  There are several different features we would like to point out regarding this calendar.  First you can filter events based on category - just click the "Categories" drop down list box.  You can also change the view from a Monthly view to either a Weekly view or a List Detail view.  To change the view use the buttons on the right.
